We are very happy to report that construction has started on the An der Schanze 25, 1210 Vienna building project! In the urban development area An der Schanze, the Real One Immobilienentwicklungs GmbH is constructing four buildings on four building plots, all of which are being connected by a collective multi-storey underground parking garage. In addition to 212 flats, commercial space for various purposes will be developed in the spacious ground floor zones.
The excavation pit area has already been fully excavated and the construction site equipment has been set up. To secure the excavation pit, sheet piling walls have been installed. Two cranes are in operation to construct the structural frame. The laying of the reinforcement for the floor slab of the first building section is currently being carried out.
