We are delighted about the award for our project in Aspern Seestadt: The Aspern J12 project was audited and awarded according to the criteria of the Total Quality Building (TQB) of the ÖGNB – Österreichischen Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen (Austrian Sustainable Building Council).
All components achieved over 800 ÖGNB points. The sustainability of the buildings was assessed in terms of heating and primary energy requirements, among other things. A decisive factor in this context was the ideal complement to the measures for open space and building planning to create an overall system with regard to resource conservation. The requirements of the construction logistics and environmental management system used in accordance with the environmental impact assessment applied to the entire construction site. The interaction of all these planning approaches was reflected in the corresponding point evaluation of the individual evaluation criteria.
