We design architecture together. For this reason, it is always a pleasure to visit the projects we realise together on site.
During the site visits, there is always the opportunity to obtain first-hand information about the project from the responsible project manager and to gain new knowledge. Last Friday, our team also took the opportunity to gain an insight into the Atomos project being developed in Klosterneuburg.
The area around the former Klosterneuburg Geriatric Centre, a historic building dating back to the 17th century, is undergoing a major redevelopment. As general planners, we are realising a new health centre with a comprehensive range of medical services and restaurants as well as assisted living flats, residential space and a public underground car park.
The tour focussed on the existing building and offered participants the opportunity to take an in-depth look at the special features and challenges of this construction project. During the tour of the existing structures, important topics that are crucial for planning and execution were discussed.
As always, the site visit was very instructive and exciting and we are already looking forward to the next one!
