Demolition has started. The access roads to the construction site are already prepared, the first paving stones were removed and the construction fence separates the property on which the existing building will be rapidly demolished.
The 6-storey hotel complex will have 278 rooms and is scheduled for completion in mid-2023. On the ground floor, the original grocery shop will get a new retail area again.
