Construction progress Anschützgasse 06.02.2018
Building work on the Anschützgasse is progressing rapidly. The protruding steel construction on the facade facing the Wienzeile on the left has been extended at the upper and lower ends. This has also been completed in wood to fit in with the wooden construction. Following on from this, the dividing walls are still to be installed and the wooden slats are being laid. The tower for the fire escape has been erected. The recooler is already in place at the top of the podium. Work on constructing the dry walls in the office space on the ground floor of the existing building is also progressing well. The suspended ceilings are just being completed.
Tenants will then be able to move into the offices in the spring.
