Building element 1 and building element 2 were handed over to the owner in January and the majority of the apartments have already been settled.
The final work has already been completed on Building 3, the student residence on Sonnenallee, and furnishing of the student rooms and all common and ancillary rooms will begin in May. The building was handed over to the client at the end of April.
In component 4, the garage, the interior finishing work for the neutral rooms in the ground floor zone is about to be completed. These are three spacious rooms, which will be handed over to the future tenants in May.
The garage has been in operation since January and is in great demand.
