Construction progress Aspern J12 25.09.2017
In accordance with the construction schedule, the outer facade, similar to component 2, has now also been completed in the residential building of component 1.
The interior design (dry construction, electrical and building services installations) in the building 1 is de facto completed and requires only a few additions on the ground floor. The flooring work in component 1 is in full swing. At the present time, tiling work is being carried out in the sanitary areas of the upper floors and the radiators are being installed. In component 2, the floors as well as the tiles are being laid completely in the living areas. The radiators are being installed here as well.
In the building 3, which is located at the Sonnenallee, the concrete work, with the exception of a few areas of the ground floor, are completed and the painting work is in full swing. The external elements with the expanded metal frames are mounted outside on all windows and the work on the ETICS facade is just before completion.
In the case of component 4, the garage, the substructure for the expanded metal facade has been installed and the work for the coating of the cooking surfaces has already begun.
The work for the outdoor systems is fully operational with all four components.
