Construction progress Aspern J12 15.01.2018
In accordance with the construction schedule, building section 1 and building section 2 are due to be completed imminently. Interior work (drywalls and the installation of electrical system and building services) in building sections 1 and 2 has been completed and the only things that need to be completed are the finishing touches. In building section 3 on the Sonnenallee, the student accommodation, work on the floor screed has been completed and only a few additional bits of painting work are needed on the ground floor and staircase exits. Work to lay the linoleum flooring and complete the tiling in the individual student rooms is proceeding rapidly. Work in building section 4, the garage, was completed in December and currently interior work on the general use areas on the ground floor zone is being finalized. Work on the external areas for all four sections of the building will be completed imminently.
