Construction progress Aspern J12 23.02.2018
In accordance with the construction schedule, part 1 and part 2 have meanwhile been completed and handed over to the client. In the building part 3, the student dormitory on Sonnenallee, the painting work is mostly finished and needs some additions in the staircase exits. The laying of linoleum flooring in the student accommodation units and tiling work in the staircase exits are progressing rapidly. In component 4, the garage, the work was completed in December and the interior finishing work for the use-neutral rooms in the ground floor zone is currently being finalized. The garage is already in operation. The work for the outdoor facilities has been completed on all four components.
