Construction progress Cityquartier, Wiener Neustadt 23.02.2018
Construction work on lot 2 has been progressing rapidly. In the area of staircases 1,2 and 3 the production of the coffin lid in the attic is finalized and the carpentry work for the roof construction is already very advanced. The prefabricated elements for the element ceilings and walls of the areas around staircase 4 are supplied to the construction site on an ongoing basis, and in sections where in-situ concrete is used, the necessary formwork and reinforcements are currently being produced for the 3rd floor. Excavation has already been completed on building site 1, the cleanliness layer has been applied everywhere and the base slab has already been completely concreted. In the street-side area of the Gymelsdorfer Gasse, the columns and walls are now standing in the basement floor and the slab formwork for the ceiling above the basement floor has been started.
