The construction of the residential houses in a timber construction system by the company Lukas Lang Building Technologies GmbH in Pixendorf has started at the end of last year. Meanwhile, the work on the load-bearing structures of the first two building components was finished and the entire façade was completed. After that, the roof waterproofing work was finished so that the roof surfaces could be made ready for a large area of green roofs. Following this, the drywall construction and installation work in the interior will proceed. For the outdoor facilities, the supporting layers for the parking lots, the asphalt roads, and the walkways were placed.
