The final tasks before the three construction sites are finished have already reached their final stage. The outside facilities, which are also almost ready, give an idea of the future look. In the courtyard area, there is already greenery and the embankment area to Laaer-Berg-Strasse displays its recently planted tree population. The final cleaning of the first building units is already finished, which means that the first apartments can soon be handed over to the tenants.
