The construction work is progressing well even though the weather conditions are fluctuating. The facades of building units one and two are finished and the scaffolding was taken down. The scaffolding for the third building unit was also removed on the courtyard side, while the work on the two street facades is still in progress. The most progress in construction is visible in the interior. The dry construction walls are ready and the screed in all apartments was also laid. After the painting work, the tiling work will follow, starting at staircase 1. In the first apartments, the wooden floor is being installed. At the same time, the electricians and plumbers are working on the technical building installations.
