The residential building complex in the 13th district of Vienna has been completed in partnership with STRABAG AG as the general contractor after a construction period of 22 months. Divided over four staircases, a total of 79 flats with their own open spaces in the form of balconies, terraces, gardens or loggias have been built, which are now ready for their future use. In addition, there is a business premises on the ground floor of the building and an underground car park with 52 spaces in the basement.
