Only a few weeks left until the project is completely finished! In the interior, the parquet and tile floors were finished and the last construction works were completed in order to be able to start with the construction of the kitchens. In the staircase, the handrails are fastened and the portal glazing is installed. The basic cleaning of the building can now begin. In the meantime, the balcony railings have been installed and the slabs have been laid. The pavement work in the outdoor area is finished and the plant pots are placed, as the last step the trees and bushes will be planted. At the same time, the sidewalk at Miriam-Makeba-Gasse and the parking areas will be renewed. We are already looking forward to the official handover to the client in January and the moving in of the first tenants!
