The construction work on the residential building at Rugierstrasse 55 is progressing very well. With the completion of the building structure, the load-bearing structure of the building is now fully in place. Based on this, on the two pitched roofs, the roof structures with the skylights were built. Now that the windows were installed, the facade work is beginning on the building on the side facing the park. The first railing panels are already being installed for this. At the same time, the dry construction walls will be set up in the building and the building services installations will be completed. The construction work is already progressing so well that the first wall areas can soon be sealed.
