All of the floor structures and underfloor heating have now been placed in staircase 1 and the concrete pavement has been added to all the floors. At the lower tops, the concrete screed has been completely preheated and the filling work has started. After the installation of the ventilation system and the closing of the suspended ceilings, the painter now has to paint the surfaces of staircase 2. Simultaneously, the facade towards the street is being primed and the facade towards the courtyard is being completely plastered. The next step is to assemble the benches and to mount the sun protection so that the framework can be removed and so that the balcony railings can be installed.
