At the end of January, we were allowed to work on the last slab on the 10th floor together with the company STRABAG AG and therefore to finish the structural work of the building! Everyone helped out while enjoying the fantastic panorama, but at relatively cool temperatures, and at the same time also learned something new. At the same time, the balconies are currently being plastered and the ETICS façade is being constructed. The balustrades and guard rails are currently being manufactured by the locksmith so that they can be installed at the construction site very soon. While the structure of the building in staircase 1 has just been finalized, the tiling work in the corridor area and partly also in the apartments in staircases 3, 4 and 6 has already started. The screed will be laid in the staircases 2 and 5 and then heated up in order to be able, to start with the tiling work. The post-and-beam façade on the ground floor zone is completed and the exterior of the building is now leak-proof. By the end of the year, more than 400 apartments and the commercial areas will be ready for moving in!
