By now almost all of the facade is completed. Only a few areas have to be finalized in order to round up the facade. In addition, the roof construction started, the ventilation unit was installed and the roof pipes were connected to the riser shafts so that all floors could be supplied with fresh air. Also in the interior of the building, the work is going quite fast. The office space has been completed to such an extent that it has been handed over to the tenant, who is now able to start his own finishing work inside the facility and can now finally furnish the place.
The next step will be the hotel areas, which will be built from the 5th upper floor down to the 2nd upper floor, floor by floor so that they can be handed over to the interior design.
