The residential complex at Wagramer Straße 115-117 is on the last home stretch.The painted balcony balustrades and the abrasion of the plaster façade already show the external appearance. The construction work is also progressing rapidly on the interior. All floor and wall coverings in the flats are currently being placed at a rapid pace. Outside, the granules are poured onto the garage ceiling for subsequent greening and the bollard luminaires are installed. The first uprights for the fences are set to enclose the terraces and communal open spaces. Soon, the first playground equipment for the children’s playground in the residential complex can be set up. We are already looking forward to the final result!
