After we received the building permits for all four components, we started with the work for the Omega house. In the next two years, the structural measures for the adaptation of the interiors, the new facade design and the renewal of the technical building equipment will be carried out. Based on the raised fence and the construction containers on Strahlberger Strasse, you can see, the construction site has already begun.
Inside the existing building, which was built in 1994, drywalls, furnishings as well as suspended ceilings and floor structures are demolished and disposed.
