The ceiling of the 7th floor, hence the last ceiling above the northern part of the building, was concreted. On the roof, where the community terrace is located, the waterproofing has been done and the uprights for the railing were fixed. Some of the flats have already had their windows installed and the fill and impact sound insulation was prepared for the installation of the screed. The ceiling casing over the parking garage ramp is ready. In the southern section of the building, the walls on the 1st floor were concreted and the overlying ceiling is in the process of being completed.
