From the 5th floor of the northern part of the building, the view of the foothills of the Wienerwald is already a dream. The ceiling above the 4th floor has been built and many walls on the 5th floor are already in place. Thus, in the corner area facing the station forecourt, the shell of the top residential floor is almost complete. On the ground floor of this part of the building, the drywall has already started to be put up and the first installation shafts have been fitted. In the underground car park, the plumbers have laid some of the pipes and in the southern part of the building, work has begun on the ceiling slab above the ground floor.
