The first floor is almost finished and the last ceiling parts are concreted. This floor forms the basis of the entire building complex. The area will later be used both as a garage and as commercial space.
On the 1st floor, the first cavity walls have already been erected in construction phase 2. The precast parapets on the north facade have also been installed in sections.
