In the Ellener Hof residential area in Bremen, two modern apartment blocks with a total of 40 apartments were completed according to the GdW framework contract for serial and modular construction.
The outside facilities are now completely, finished. Attractive hedges, shrubs, and grasses have been planted to create an inviting environment. In addition, a wooden outbuilding with a green roof has been constructed to store bicycles. The future path to the neighbouring plot, where a public playground is being built, has been prepared.
Each of the residential properties has its own outdoor space, while residents also have access to communal roof terraces on both buildings. These not only encourage neighbourly social relationships, but also provide space for outdoor recreation. A total of 13 car parking spaces are available on the communal forecourt, as well as publicly accessible cycle parking for visitors.
