In the month of January, the outside facilities were completely finished and the last trees and bushes were finally planted! The project was successfully completed together with the general contractor STRABAG AG and handed over to the client DIE 2 Projektentwicklungs GmbH punctually on the deadline for the transfer to the client. A total of 35 residential units and 2 commercial spaces including an underground parking garage are now ready for the first happy tenants who will move into their new homes within the next few weeks.
