As planned, the facility was successfully finished after 18 months of construction time and could be handed over to the client from where it was handed over to the tenants. The individually contracted contractors cooperated with each other in a well-coordinated process to achieve this objective. A residential building with seven apartments and a parking garage was built in the heart of the district of Döbling in Vienna. The energy-efficient building is perfectly integrated into its environs with its high-quality equipment and its high-quality design of the facade.
