Unfortunately, it has not been possible to visit the construction site for quite some time. This made it all the more enjoyable that we were finally able to admire one of our stunning projects again. Site visits can be very informative and it’s always exciting to get out of the normal office routine and see how the plans for a project have been put into practice. Last Friday we went to the site at Cumberlandstrasse 38 and took a close look at this particular project. Drywall work is currently being completed on the lower floors of the residential building and many of the technical services lines have just been laid in the ducts. At the same time, the formwork is being fabricated in the area that will eventually be home to the kindergarten. We were given a detailed insight into life on the construction site and were able to ask a lot of questions, which the group leader who joined us answered in great detail. The jewel in the crown of this project is definitely the shared terrace, which provides an impressive view over large parts of Vienna.
