The project at Friedhofstrasse 4 in Wiener Neudorf was completed after 18 months of construction. The property offers high-quality apartments of various sizes with 2-5 rooms on three upper floors. The generous open spaces allocated to each unit and the light-flooded rooms ensure a high quality of living in a central location.
In addition to the 20 residential units, the project also houses the new offices of the non-profit building, housing and settlement cooperative in Wr. Neudorf “WNG”. The office space extends over the ground floor and first floor, with an internal staircase connecting the different office zones.
The highlight is the event hall with ancillary rooms on the ground floor, operated by Volksheim. Close collaboration and continuous coordination with the operators during the planning and execution phase enabled the premises to be optimised to meet the needs and requirements of future users. The courtyard in front, with direct access to the hall, creates an ideal communication and meeting space.
