In the centre of Hinterbrühl, construction of the new high-quality apartments is progressing extremely well.
The heat of the summer months has not been able to slow down the rapid progress of the construction work, and the last floor of the Gaadner Strasse project has already been concreted. This means that the shell of the building, and thus the entire load-bearing structure, has been completed. The construction company and its local workforce have achieved this important milestone ahead of schedule, laying an important foundation for further work. While the top floor offers views of the surrounding treetops and hills, the basement is already undergoing initial waterproofing work. The rest of the waterproofing and finishing work will now follow.
