In a quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by detached houses and open fields, we have built a modern residential building with 16 high-quality apartments and a commercial unit. The elegant white building has two main floors and two attics, which are accessible via two central access cores with lifts. At the rear of the site, future residents will enjoy idyllic private gardens, an inviting play area for toddlers, and ample parking.
The well thought out mix of 2 to 4-bedroom apartments ensures that there is something for everyone. The ground-floor apartments have spacious terraces and private green spaces, while the upper-floor apartments have attractive balconies and loggias – ideal for relaxing hours outdoors.
