During the year, WGA ZT GmbH arranges for any interested colleagues to take part in internal construction site visits and site visits. Friday, 25th August 2023 was that time again and the WGA team was able to gain an insight into the completed Gesundheitswelt Ost project in Wiener Neustadt in bright weather. The team was welcomed by the hotel’s managers with a champagne reception before they were taken on a guided tour through the hotel’s premises. This allowed them to see the reception area, the seminar and office rooms, the breakfast area, the kitchen, the laundry room and the cold storage room. The group leader responsible for the project, Stefan Cerwenka, and the project manager, Alexander Schreiben, used this opportunity to discuss all the main details of the project and to highlight important points in the planning. Afterwards, the team was also allowed to visit some of the rooms and serviced flats that are still being completed. The colleagues found this an interesting visit and they asked a lot of questions, which led to a general discussion and some interesting proposals for solutions. These visits are very instructive and exciting for every colleague, as important topics are discussed that are relevant to the planning and construction of building projects.
