As part of our regular on-site inspections of projects under construction, our staff were able to see four projects in the market town of Hinterbrühl at different stages of completion. All the work, from preparation to completion, was inspected on site in bright sunshine. The project at Hauptstraße 65 is currently in the preparation phase for the start of construction, with preliminary security measures already in place around the perimeter of the site and some fixtures and fittings being installed. The next step in the construction process, excavation, was then inspected at Hauptstrasse 30.
The project at Hauptstrasse 86 has already reached these milestones. At this site, colleagues were able to observe the completion of the second basement floor and the ongoing waterproofing and concreting process. The tour ended at the Gaadner Strasse 21a-23 project, where construction work has already reached the top floor, which, in addition to the construction work, offers a wonderful view over the community of Hinterbrühl and the neighbouring forests.
In total, these four projects will provide 42 apartments in a quiet, green location, yet close to the school town of Mödling and within easy reach of the Vienna metropolitan area. During the site visit, our employees had the opportunity to witness the construction of the four projects in action, while gaining important insights into the various construction processes. We look forward to exploring more exciting projects through this series of excursions in the future.
