We are proud to announce the klimaaktiv Bronze certification of the project House of Health Sciences.
In close collaboration with the architects “F + P Architekten”, we supervised the project House of Health Sciences as general planners and focussed on an integrative and holistic approach during all phases of the project cycle.
A key aspect of our approach was the digital planning methodology ‘Building Information Modelling’ (BIM), allowing us to develop the building efficiently and sustainably. As a result, all study and further education programmes as well as research activities in the area of nursing care are consolidated together in a single centre.
The award of the klimaaktiv Bronze certification confirms our commitment to sustainable construction and emphasises the environmentally friendly measures.
