We are delighted to announce that our ‘House of Health Sciences’ project, developed in a joint venture with F + P ARCHITEKTEN ZT GMBH, has been nominated for the prestigious FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Austria 2024/25.
The House of Health Sciences, consisting of educational facilities, administrative offices, a canteen and a ballroom, was built for the FH Campus Vienna in Favoriten. As a result, the building combines all study and further education programmes as well as research activities in the healthcare sector in one place. Our objective was to plan and supervise the project comprehensively and holistically during all stages of the project cycle. In doing so, we relied on the innovative digital planning methodology known as the ‘Building Information Modelling’ (BIM) process.
We are proud that our project was selected as one of the top 3 nominees in the ‘Special property’ category! The nominated projects offer our industry a powerful incentive and future-oriented ideas for future developments.
The winners will be presented and announced during the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Gala on 10 April 2025.
