Now that the technical building services (TBS) have completed their work on the internal walls, the drywall construction walls have been quickly closed to allow the floor structure to be installed. Both floors have already been backfilled and impact sound insulation installed. This means that the underfloor heating can now be installed. The screed will then be laid and heated over the Christmas period. This will ensure that the interior work can continue on schedule. Visible progress is also being made on the façade. The sub-construction of the facade and the installation of the entrance portal have already been completed. At the same time, preparatory work for the metal structures is underway. The first substructures have been erected so that the installation of the railings can begin shortly. Meanwhile, the contractor is completing the final concreting work on the outdoor facilities. The efficient coordination and sequencing of the trades is enabling rapid progress on site and supporting the timely completion of the works.
