You can already see that the ETICS façade is completely finished by looking at it from Leopoldauer Straße, and that about 50% of it has already been abraded. The railing frames of the loggias and balconies have already been assembled and are waiting for the perforated sheets to be mounted. The roof construction work is progressing rapidly. The carpenter has finished his work and the roof is already covered up to about half of the roof slopes. In the garage, the asphalt on the 2nd basement floor is finished and the asphalting on the 1st basement floor will also be completed soon. In the first two floors located above ground, the parquet and tiling work has already been completed. The electrical and plumbing work will also be done very soon. The specialist firms carrying out the work are also striving for speedy completion on the second, third and fourth floors. In the attics, the drywall cladding of the skylights and painting work is currently in progress.
