A lot is happening on the construction site in Offenbach am Main. The show zone has now been completed and can be viewed by prospective tenants. In Building B, drywall work and TGA installation work is still being carried out on floors 1-8. The first drywall work has already begun in Building C as well. Now that the screed on the 9th floor has hardened, the new building services equipment is being lifted into the technical centre through temporary roof openings. At the same time, work on the roofs of Building B and C is progressing.
