Currently, we are in the process of planning a school extension for the pre-existing site at Laaer-Berg-Straße 170 in Vienna’s 10th district and its construction is progressing steadily. The structural work on the building is already finished and the bituminised coating that forms the base for the roof waterproofing is in the process of being applied to the inclined concrete. Even the steel structure for the PV modules as well as the pergola on the roof have already been installed. Now the assembly of the exterior windows and portals continues. Meanwhile, the interior work has already been started. During this process, the ventilation and pipework is already being installed on the second sub-basement floor. So, while the children are enjoying their autumn holidays, we are using the time to complete the electrical work to the pre-existing stairwell. In addition, new ventilation ducts and cable trays are being installed in the current basement to connect the existing building to the extension.
