At Gaßmannstraße 21 in Vienna’s 12th district, directly opposite the entrance to the Maria Theresien barracks, a new residential complex with a total of 12 residential units and an underground car park is being built. The new building consists of a basement and three floors above ground, with the top floor being an attic with a roof terrace.
The main access and the entrance to the underground car park are located on Gaßmannstraße and are accessible without barriers. The apartments are accessed via a central staircase and have two to three rooms and an outdoor space in the form of a balcony, loggia, terrace or garden. The ground floor apartments each have their own garden or terrace, and an enclosure provides additional privacy for residents. The roof is designed as a flat roof with private terraces and roof kitchens. To ensure a high level of living comfort, the apartments have a two-sided, continuous roof orientation. The basement contains the technical rooms, bicycle parking and the underground garage with space for 18 cars.
