The residential complex at Schrottensteingasse 6 in the 22nd district is rapidly approaching completion. The project is now in the final construction phase and we are already looking forward to its upcoming completion.
Construction work on the outdoor facilities in the inner courtyard is currently progressing rapidly. The gravel fill is already being laid on the surface of the underground car park – the basis for the next stage of work: the installation of the fall protection slabs in the playground area. The playground equipment has already been installed; all that is missing are the trees in the plant pots, which will round off the overall design of the completed playground.
There is also a lot of construction activity going on inside the building: the tiling and painting work is currently in progress in the common areas. The start of the installation of the basement partition walls indicates that the finishing work in the basement is also close to completion.
