At Schrottensteingasse 6, 1220 Vienna, work is making progress in the general areas of the residential complex.
The design of the upcoming completed façade is already clearly recognisable from the abrasion of the façade and the installation of the railings for the balconies and terraces.
Finishing work on the interior is currently ongoing in the area of the two staircases and the general access corridors connecting the flats.
Splitting of the tiling has been started on the unfinished floor of the floor landings and the staircases so that the flooring work can start in this area in the next stage. The balustrades, coated in a beige colour to match the design concept of the façade, have also been assembled on the staircases.
