The project at Steubenstrasse 161-194 in Langen has been completed and will be handed over to the client at the beginning of September.
Lukas Lang Building Technologies GmbH has built 106 new flats for the Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) using an innovative modular timber construction method. The sustainable new build comprises four apartment blocks and four semi-detached houses. With a focus on sustainable construction, the WGA Group, as a general planner, worked with BIM (Building Information Modelling) throughout the entire planning and construction phase. Thanks to the three-dimensional building model, we were able to make all adjustments during construction, avoid potential project risks, and increase quality. This complete collection of information and data will continue to be used in the operational phase and ensure efficient building operation.
We are proud that the project meets all the criteria for sustainable construction and has therefore been awarded the DGNB gold pre-certificate.
