Due to the staggered start of construction on the individual buildings, the progress of each component is different. The structural work on the apartment blocks has been successfully completed and the interior work has begun. The shell of the semi-detached houses will also be completed in a few weeks’ time. In addition to the installation of building services and the roof structure, the first substructures have already been erected by the drywall contractors. Gypsum plasterboard panels are being installed between the floor slabs and the substructure to prevent fire from spreading to other floors in the timber construction.
