Topping-out ceremony Hauptbahnhof C.18.B 13.06.2018
It is well known that one should celebrate festivals as they fall and on Wednesday 13.06.2018 it was time to hold the topping out ceremony for the project at the C.18.B. main station. Many people who had been involved in the project from STRABAG AG, WBV GFW, WGA ZT GmbH and many other participating companies gladly accepted the invitation to celebrate the combined topping out ceremony with projects on the neighbouring construction sites C.17.D and C.19.D. For this purpose, a large marquee was erected on site C.17.D. as a venue for festivities.
After the welcome by representatives of STRABAG AG, a few words followed from the district head, WBV GFW, WGA ZT GmbH and the architects of the neighbouring construction sites. Our thanks went to all those involved, but above all to the workers who work on the site every day to turn plans into actual buildings. With the traditional ceremonial announcement by the youngest apprentice, the successful completion of the topping out was then official. Afterwards those attending could enjoy both the generous buffet and the tours around the building sites that were provided.
