We are delighted to announce that our innovative design for a sustainable residential building project at Tschaikowskistraße 14 in Berlin was awarded a contract for this project! Four modern timber residential buildings will be built on a plot of approx. 2,480 m², not very far from the Pankow city centre.
A total of 17 high-quality residential properties will be built with spacious outdoor areas featuring terraces, balconies and gardens. Our concept is based on a modular construction method according to the cradle-to-cradle principle, which not only facilitates a rapid, quiet and environmentally friendly implementation, but also offers the flexibility to customise the living areas to meet the individual needs of the residents.
We are already looking forward to the fulfilment of this project and to providing a new living area that will combine contemporary living with a sustainable concept!
