The Erste Bank Vienna Night Run 2023 took place on 19.09.2023 and our team was again at the start with fifteen runners. The run started at the Wiener Universitätsring, at the main university, then around the Ring and back to the finish line at the Parliament. The 5km route took thousands of participants along Vienna’s magnificent Ringstrasse with its unique architectural attractions. This year, as climate change and sustainability are important to us all, Blue Life planted a mangrove tree in Myanmar for each participant. In fact, mangrove forests can absorb up to five times more CO2 than terrestrial forests, which is why they are so important to our ecosystem. We are delighted that so many WGA members had so much fun and ambition this year and can hardly wait for next run.
