We had the opportunity to get to know the specialties of Bulgaria at the culinary event in November, and last Friday – it was that time again – and we were allowed to enjoy a culinary journey through Austria.
From the award-winning Blunzn (black pudding) to Käfer bean salad, semolina dumpling soup, Gröstl and goulash to Grammelstrudel, poppy seed cake, Kaiserschmarrn, and apple strudel, we were offered everything. Fluffy pancakes were then fried on the spot and filled with delicious homemade apricot jam. Various juices and wines from Austria were also tasted.
Once again, it was a successful event and a wonderful opportunity to really connect with our employees, outside of the working world, before we all said goodbye to the weekend.
In any case, we are already looking forward to the next cultural afternoon!
