During the cold months of the year, the culinary journey is once again taking place in our office. Last Friday afternoon we got to taste many specialities from Türkiye. Our employees from Türkiye prepared all kinds of traditional specialities for us. The starter was sarma (stuffed vine leaves with olive oil) and kisir. We then continued with stuffed peppers (karisik dolma), “Turkish pizza” Lahmacun and Kuru Fasulye as well as other Turkish delicacies. The final dish was sweet baklava, with a choice of pistachios or walnuts.
This was a successful event and a great opportunity to get to know our colleagues better when we’re not working.
