Harald Oissner is the managing partner of WGA ZT GmbH and managing director of WGA Deutschland GmbH with its offices in Vienna, Berlin and Frankfurt am Main.
Harald Oissner graduated from the Höhere Technische Bundeslehr- und Versuchsanstalt in Mödling, Lower Austria, and went on to study at the Technical University of Vienna. He has been working as an architect since then and has 30 years of professional experience in project development, building design and project management.
Prior to joining WGA ZT GmbH, he worked for several years as a planner and architect in all phases of services. Harald Oissner has gained a great deal of experience in these areas, both nationally and internationally.
Specialising in the development of multi-functional infrastructure properties, Harald Oissner also acts as managing director in a number of project companies.
A recognised expert in the construction industry, Harald Oissner has also been involved in teaching and has lectured on real estate project development at the Vienna University of Technology, the University of Vienna and the Vienna University of Applied Sciences.
